Having worked with most of them for many years, we also keep an eye out for new talent as well. This keeps overhead expenses down so that these savings can be passed on to you, our Client. Using suppliers that only carry the highest quality products, our Clients have access to the best there is to offer. Each project awarded to Russell Outdoor Living is personally supervised by Bart, the owner, who has been providing his construction knowledge and expertise to the Katy and surrounding areas for more than 25 years.
